Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program or event and may be subject to collections.
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A. Retreats & Live Events
Due to the nature of planning, venue deposits, and vendor commitments, retreat and live event purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

If we must cancel an event, you will receive either:

A refund, or

The option to transfer your payment to a future event
We reserve the right to change venues, dates, speakers, or event details as necessary.

B. Consulting & Services
Refund policies for consulting services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

C. Real Estate Services
All real estate transactions are governed by separate written agreements in compliance with Texas real estate law.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, branding, graphics, photos, videos, downloads, frameworks, event materials, and program content, is the property of Stephanie Nicole unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for retreats.
